    GENERAL INFORMATION

    • We recommend you reserve appointments two weeks in advance; we tend to book up early on the evenings and weekends.
    • Couples may enjoy their massage in the presence of each other. Please make this request when booking your appointment.
    • For your enhanced relaxation, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. All treatments will end on time as a courtesy to our next guest.
    • We kindly ask that no children be present while you enjoy your time of relaxation.
    • Please disclose any medical conditions and / or medications you are currently taking.
    • To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all cancellations or rescheduling be made 24 hours in advance. Credit card information is required when reserving 2 hours or more of service and may be subject to a 25% cancellation charge without advanced notice.
    • Gift certificates are available for services and / or retail products, and are valid for six months from purchase date. Gift Certificates are not replaced if lost or stolen, are not redeemable for cash, and will not be exchanged for another one to be issued.
    • Spa Packages cannot be exchanged for another service of equal or lesser value and should be booked at least two weeks in advance, four to six weeks if on a Saturday.
    • When using a coupon or discount, only one of any type may be used at one time. Not valid towards previously purchased gift certificates. Not redeemable for cash.
    • Gratuities are not included in the cost of your service, but are greatly appreciated.
